Job Description
- Manage and monitor accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing.
- Oversee payments and follow up on outstanding balances with clients in a professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant accounting standards.
- Prepare financial reports related to accounts receivable for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve payment discrepancies efficiently.
- Provide support during audits by preparing and organizing necessary documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account records.
- Communicate effectively with Vietnamese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Receivable Specialist/Senior Specialist (Vietnamese Speaker) should have:
- Fluency in both Vietnamese and English, with excellent communication and written skills.
- A strong background in accounting or finance, with relevant educational qualifications.
- Proficiency in ERP software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively in a professional services environment.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
