Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Archi IOW position based in Gohtong Jaya. The role involves assisting in project planning, overseeing construction activities, ensuring design specifications are met, and collaborating with architects, contractors, and engineers. The Archi IOW will monitor on-site construction to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards while providing technical support and addressing issues as they arise. Timely reporting and documentation of project progress will also be required.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in construction supervision, project management, and compliance with building codes and safety standards
- Familiarity with architectural design, materials, and construction methodologies
- Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to address on-site issues effectively
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for coordinating with project stakeholders and team members
- Experience in preparing project documentation, progress reporting, and ensuring adherence to project timelines
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to oversee quality checks at every construction stage
- Degree or diploma in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- Knowledge of the property development industry in Malaysia is a strong advantage
