Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Develop and present project proposals
  • Manage design projects from concept development
  • Adjust designs and plans in alignment with business development requirements
  • Prepare drawings, blueprints, specifications, and construction documents
  • Conduct research and compile reports on feasibility and environmental impact
  • Comply with safety standards and local planning regulations
  • Determine and adhere to timelines

Job Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Architecture, Interior Design or other related programs
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and software programs such as AutoCAD/Gstarcad, Adobe Photoshop, Lumion, Sketchup, 3D modelling etc
  • Proficiency in or willingness to learn Archicad is preferred
  • Excellent technical drawing skills, strong creative and visualization skills
  • Strong communication skills, fluent in English
  • Knowledge of construction detail is preferred
