Job Description

Job Responsibility

To manage the Project including progress control, quality control, variation/cost control, safety control, environmental control, etc.
Assist in monitoring and coordinating of Architectural works to be completed by Contractors to facilitate project completion
Report any critical and/or major issues and proposing possible solutions.
Liaise and coordinate with the team to resolve technical and/or interfacing issues.
Monitor, supervise and inspect works.
Conducting supervision responsibilities of standards of work in adherence to established benchmark and time line.
Ensuring complete documentation of works done with corrective actions taken as and when necessary.
Monitoring overall work progress while in strict compliance to requirements and technical specifications.
Maintaining on-site quality control and documentation while ensuring discrepancies are escalated to relevant stakeholders for corrective action.
Ensuring construction materials are as specified and in accordance to best practices.

Job Requirements

Bachelor Degree in Civil & Structural or Architectural / Civil & Structural or equivalent.
Minimum of 5 years supervision of construction on site experience.
Familiarity with local building codes, regulations, and architectural practices.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be registered with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM)
