Responsibilities :
Daily supervision and monitoring site workers, sub-contractor and site matters.
To prepare and submit proper record of site progress, site measurement and project progress report.
Candidate must have related experience in architectural, structural and infrastructure.
To monitoring and coordinating construction, landscape work at site especially on architectural works.
To ensure all works done accordance to the specification in good workmanship practices and without delay on progress.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position specialized in Architectural works.
Possess effective skill and knowledge in reading plan, site monitoring and strong technical knowledge in finishing.
Well versed in Architectural and ID works in Construction industry is a must.
Knowledge of AutoCad, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office.
Good working attitude and interpersonal skills.
Able to perform under pressure and tight datelines.
Experience in Qlassic standard would be an added advantage.
