2 - 3 years experience in (Tender Drawings - Construction Drawings & Detail Drawing - Authority submission drawings - BOMBA drawings)- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Architecture (Part 1 LAM Recognised) or equivalent.
At least 1-2 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with good DESIGNING SKILLS are encourage to apply (to provide Design Portfolio upon interview).- Knowledge of AutoCAD/Autodesk Revit/Sketchup/Vray/Lumion/Adobe Photoshop is an added advantage.
Prepare preliminary conceptual sketch design, feasibility studies, and follow up to develop the design proposal into 3D Model as required for presentation
- To assist on authority requirements, submission guidelines and procedures and liaise with the relevant authority representative where necessary.
Self-motivate, creative & responsible.- Must have basic knowledge on tender drawings and Construction drawings
