This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architecture Engineer (Civil) to join the Project Management Consultancy (PMC) team overseeing a strategic energy infrastructure development.
Position: Architectural Engineer
Location: Terengganu
Duration: 1 year - renewable
Key Responsibilities
- Review and supervise architectural and civil engineering designs from contractors.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, Malaysian regulations, and international standards.
- Monitor construction progress, site quality, and HSE performance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering teams and contractors.
- Resolve technical issues and provide design clarifications.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure works are executed as per approved drawings.
- Support schedule monitoring, reporting, and project controls.
- Assist during commissioning and handover phases.
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / related field.
- 10–12 years of relevant experience in industrial / infrastructure projects.
- Experience in LNG, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power, or large-scale construction projects preferred.
- Strong background in site supervision, design review, or PMC / EPC environments.
- Familiar with construction standards, codes, and compliance requirements.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
