Architectural Manager

byDIDI Sdn Bhd is the Lifestyle division of DIDI Group, which develops and operates a series of artisanal lifestyle venues across Singapore & Malaysia (and potentially beyond). Current venues include The Southern Depot in Singapore and The Landing in Kuala Lumpur.

byDIDI is looking for adventurous and outgoing individuals to manage the project development from concept to construction under the direction of Director.

He/ she will be coordinating with all parties to ensure the building design achieves the key objectives for the development.

He/she will also be assisting with the spatial programming and placemaking of the development.

Responsibilities

·      Preparing the concept proposal based on the development brief

·       Developing the proposal with input from consultants and various stakeholders/ users Working

·       Working with the team to prepare the key drawings & visualizations to present to the management & stakeholders/ users

·       Working with local consultants for the various authority compliances

·       Working with the team tender drawings & documents with the team for contractors to quote

·       Assess contractors quotations & manage construction contract

·       Manage and track project timelines and milestones

Qualifications

· Relevant degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering

·       Proficient in AutoCAD, Sketchup & Photoshop

·       Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry

·       Familiar with local trades

·       Strong project management skills

·       Passion for thoughtful design

·      This role is for Malaysian Citizens or Residents
