About the role

Embark on a dynamic journey with Reckitt as our new Marketing / Category Director - Large +. Your responsibilities

- Forge and lead execution of a marketing strategy that breathes life into our brands and drives market share.
- Craft financial plans and manage marketing investments to hit targets efficiently and effectively.
- Create compelling communications, take the reins in leading global campaign initiatives and NPD.
- Ensure all brand plans are realised with polish and purpose, providing the tools for excellence across regions.

The experience we're looking for

- Extensive experience in global marketing leadership roles within the consumer goods sector, driving brand performance in competitive landscapes.
- Demonstrated track record in crafting impactful, results-driven marketing strategies at an international level.
- Strong strategic thinking, complemented by a rigorous understanding of consumer behaviour and market trends.
- A collaborative spirit paired with excellent communication skills geared towards robust stakeholder management.
- Proficient in employing consumer insights, creativity, and analytical prowess to elevate brand narratives and innovate product development.
