1. To responsible for sales growth and customers development of assigned Market Sector, Key Customer and New Market Development.
2. To lead, direct & provide training to a team of staff in penetrating target markets and meeting sales target, developing new opportunities and enhancing customer relationship
3. Responsible for Team's Sales Collection & implement stringent credit control, minimizing company's credit risk exposure.
4. To strategize and track the sales process management, brand strategies, market research, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and market weaknesses, forecasting projected business, establishing the targeted market share.
5. Establish strong sales operating structure, processes and procedures to ensure disciplined market coverage and service levels.
6. To develop and communicate company's goals and results to personnel; supervising, and supporting the sales team; and upholding company's policies.
7. To propose annual business plan & constantly (monthly) review with sales team members ensuring business direction & planning is on track.
8. Build and maintain effective communication channels between sales management and other departments to ensure smooth execution of business plans and strategies.
9. To provide updates & report to superior/ management on overall market development, progress achieved, marketing plans.
10. To ensure the team's order, enquiries and complaints are followed through satisfactorily
11. To ensure the confidentiality of, customer's list, tenders, RFQ and/or but not limited to company's other sensitive data
Requirements
Qualification :
- Possessed a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Business Studies/Marketing/Business Management or equivalent.
- Related Industry (Material Handling Equipment, Industrial Automation, Warehouse Automation, Warehouse related item sales etc).
- Good sales performance track record. (Request achievements / sales record).
- Experienced Customer Based – End Users.
- Working experience from Racking/Material Handling Equipment industry/Paint Industry/Building Materials/Industrial Packaging or
- Good sales performance track record.
- Specialized in Marketing or Business
- Willing to travel outstation for local sales
- Computer literate (Microsoft Office) & knowledge in web analytics tools.
- Possess own transport
