Responsibilities:
Perform hands-on operations work and handle the administrative responsibilities
Engaging with each store manager to drive all KPIs
Actively promote all company national marketing campaigns
Controlling labor and cost of goods across the region
Train, mentor and coach store managers & assist with their career growth.
Conducting 1 on 1 meeting with each store manager on a weekly basis.
Manage daily activities, including staffing, scheduling and customer interactions
Leading the Boost customer experience throughout all stores.
Completing company QAR (Quality assurance review) across all stores.
Ensuring cash sales and float for all stores are tally and accurate
Audit for equipment, supplies and materials
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Advanced/ Bachelor&aposs Degree in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Have min 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Prior experience in managing a cluster/ area of retail or F&B outlets is essential.
Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with excellent written & spoken English.
Must be detail-oriented and stay on task, as well as efficient in scheduling and able to manage all the events
Strong organizational skills to maintain the operations records
Strong communications skills to all levels - Operations Manager, Upper Management, Support Centre, staff, and customers
Able to work under pressure
Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced, continually changing environment.
Ability to identify areas of improvement and to develop and implement process improvements and SOPs within the Operations team.
