Role Description

The Area Manager is a full-time, on-site role located at Royal Selangor Polo Club. The position involves overseeing multiple store operations, staff management, and ensuring high performance and customer satisfaction within the assigned region. Key responsibilities include monitoring sales targets, implementing business strategies, coordinating with store managers, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and optimizing store performance. The role also requires identifying opportunities for growth, providing training, and developing staff to achieve business goals.

Qualifications

• Leadership and team management skills, including mentoring and motivating teams
• Operational planning and execution, with experience in managing multiple outlets or locations
• Sales and performance analysis to achieve revenue targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving abilities to address operational challenges efficiently
• Passion for promoting a healthy lifestyle and alignment with the Boost Juice values
• Previous experience managing retail or food and beverage businesses is highly desirable
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is advantageous
