We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Area Manager to oversee a portfolio of Habib showroom(s). In this role, you will be responsible for translating high-level business objectives into actionable retail-level success, ensuring operational excellence and consistent brand representation across your assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies and monitor KPIs to ensure all showroom within the area achieve or exceed revenue targets.
- Cascade business objectives and marketing campaigns to Branch Managers, ensuring clear alignment on expectations and deliverables.
- Monitor and enhance customer service standards across the area, ensuring high scores in Mystery Shopper programs.
- Lead the recruitment, induction, and performance management of Branch Managers to foster a high-performing retail team.
- Enforce strict adherence to company policies, security protocols, and operational compliance across all locations.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards to ensure all stores consistently reflect the premium brand image.
- Provide regular feedback and reporting to the management regarding area performance and market trends.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years of retail management experience, with a proven track record in a multi-unit or supervisory capacity.
- Strong proficiency in retail operations, including POS systems, sales strategic planning, and inventory management.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop diverse teams.
- Advanced problem-solving and analytical abilities to address operational challenges and drive efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective stakeholder management.
- Demonstrated sound work ethics, initiative, and a self-starting mindset.
- Willingness to travel frequently between retail locations within the assigned area.
