Why does this job exist and why is it critical
Able to analyse & present OLO activities, dealer program, sales incentive and new plans. They foresee, capture, and propose action plans based on strength, weaknesses, opportunities & threats in the account assigned. They identify account groomed by locations, product and aligned with distributors focus and direction in accordance to Company's overall patterns.
Key Accountabilities:
- Achieve / exceed all product line AOP and grow exclusive account revenue as per target set by Region/ Company by cluster performance.
- Able to propose action plans based on strength, weakness, opportunities and threats in the account assigned and abreast with competitor's activities , dealer program, sales incentive and new plans
- Analyse, present OLO activities from trade foresee, capture market potential, work out strategies required in growing and improve market position.
- Identify accounts to be groomed and provide distributor to focus and directions in accordance to Company's overall goal.
- Able to lead, establish sales review with account owners, problem solving, execution and ensure all HQ delegations are communicated clearly down.
- Able to articulate in presentations, execution where are we winning, stagnant or losing internally & externally with timely action plans. To lead, resolve and align with channel functional team.
- Apply transparency and conduct road show, devices forecast and merchandising, operations day to day task with one quarter ahead planning.
- Managing and maximising limited resources with discipline route planning & visitation with the objective to increase sales and operational barriers.
- Able to lead, manage and set directions to distributor sales staffs, maxis foot soldiers and dealers in assigned clusters.
- Applying on ground executes consistently in line with Region objectives.
The Fit:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or equivalent.
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG, Tobacco, Telco & any the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Executives / Senior Executives specializing in Area Sales, Territorial manaagement, FMCG distribution knowledge or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and presentation skills
