Our business scope encompasses the distribution of New Energy Vehicles, provision of EV charging solutions, electronic parts and mobility solutions, finance and insurance services, retailing of accessories and merchandise, monitoring data services for customers as well as the latest technology in EV design and manufacturing.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee nationwide dealership operations.
  • Conduct monthly dealer visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and strengthen relationships.
  • Perform daily reporting and analysis in line with company KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
  • Achieve monthly and yearly retail sales targets set by the company.
  • Drive improvements to meet sales satisfaction index targets.
  • Act as the key liaison between Dealers and HQ.
  • Systematically monitor all Dealers performance on a daily and monthly basis.
  • Coach and guide dealership teams on all Sales Operation matters.
  • Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify market trends and improvement opportunities.
  • Prepare management reports and presentations as required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role in the automotive industry.
  • Strong understanding of dealership operations.
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and identify improvements.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel for dealer visits and field activities.
