About The Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee nationwide dealership operations.
- Conduct monthly dealer visits to assess performance, provide guidance, and strengthen relationships.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis in line with company KPIs, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Achieve monthly and yearly retail sales targets set by the company.
- Drive improvements to meet sales satisfaction index targets.
- Act as the key liaison between Dealers and HQ.
- Systematically monitor all Dealers performance on a daily and monthly basis.
- Coach and guide dealership teams on all Sales Operation matters.
- Conduct monthly competitor analysis to identify market trends and improvement opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and presentations as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role in the automotive industry.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations.
- Good analytical skills with the ability to review performance data and identify improvements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel for dealer visits and field activities.
