Job Responsibilities:
- Visit stores to evaluate operations, cleanliness and efficiency of each area.
- Training store managers in effective sales and supervisory techniques.
- Design and jointly complete marketing activities for customers to increase franchise store sales.
- Collaborating with other colleagues to ensure that operations are consistent across the board.
- Required to travel outstation and conduct on-site duties at store locations as needed.
Job Requirements:
- At least an STPM/Diploma qualification in Marketing, International Business, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduate is encouraged to apply.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with positive mindset.
- Possess own transport and valid driving license.
- Able to communicate well in English, Malay and Mandarin as this role requires engaging with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
