A MNC in the Healthcare Industry is currently looking for a Senior Area Sales Executive (Central) to join their team.
Job Description
- Manage overall sales performance for General and Modern Trade, ensuring profitability, growth, and effective promotion deployment.
- Develop and execute business plans, including sales strategies, profit goals, and territory analysis to optimize results.
- Lead and guide sales teams and distributorsmonitor KPIs, provide training, and motivate to achieve targets.
- Implement sales processes, leverage market research, and prioritize key customers to drive distribution and growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to improve product quality, branding, and share insights internally.
- Enhance brand presence through professional service, brand awareness initiatives, and successful market execution.
Job Requirements
- Possess at least a Diploma
- At least 5 years experience in the FMCG industry, preferably healthcare industry.
- Proven track record in developing sales and strong customer relationship management.
- Knowledge in Distributor Management.
- Strong analytical, strategic planning, problem solving, leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in English, Malay and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Highly motivated, results-oriented, passionate about sales and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
