Job Summary
To perform all sales duties (prospecting, sales presentation, follow through sales administration)
The Day-To-Day Activities
- To maintain good customer relationship and service existing business counterparts as well as prospects
- To assist sales team in all sales and business development activities
- To plan and acquire sales by implementing sales and marketing strategies set out
- Close coordination and support to internal and external operations supporting sales
About You
- Min 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing for FMCG, telco or retail industry
- Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Able to work independently with initiatives
- Proven track record on sales project executions/implementation is an added advantage
- To manage retail & roving activities in assigned area.
- Need to visit stores that selling our products, provide training, conduct sales, solve any issue arise
- Able to perform all admin work and regularly visitation stores with planned route
- Cope with ad hoc tasks given
- Aggressively work with store, team to commit sales target given
- Able to handle sales pressure and to achieve target and objective
- Build good rapport and relationships with superior, stores and team
- Able to manage and coach team to deliver good POSM visibility, target setting, stock availability
- Able independently work outstation and drive own car
- Able to bring new business partner to expand business
