Job Summary

  • To perform all sales duties including visiting dealers store daily to provide support, training, and issue resolution, drive sales through effective execution of sales strategies.

The Day-To-Day Activities

  • Daily visit existing dealers stores that sell U Mobile products to provide service and support.
  • Provide training and coaching to dealer's sales team to deliver good POSM visibility, sales target setting, stock availability.
  • Assist and provide support to dealers in solving any issue arise.
  • Plan and acquire sales by implementing sales and marketing strategies set out.
  • To assist sales team in all sales and business development activities.
  • Provide close coordination and support to internal and external operations supporting sales.

About You

  • Education: Minimum SPM/Senior UEC or anything equivalent with a passing result.
  • Must be based in Seberang Prai/Penang Mainland.
  • Must have own car, willing to travel daily & independently work outstation.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in outdoor/field sales for FMCG/ telco/retail any relevant industry.
  • Able to aggressively work with dealer's store sales team and handle pressure to achieve sales target given.
  • Good communication/interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Able to cope with ad hoc tasks given.
