DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively engage in cold calling and lead generation to identify new business opportunities.

Build strong rapport and maintain effective relationships with clients to understand technical needs and provide tailored solutions.

Align sales activities with company objectives to ensure revenue and growth targets are met.

Compile and present detailed sales and technical reports to management for strategic decision-making.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Must have at least 4+ years of experience in selling industrial equipment. Those with experience selling Rotating Equipment or Compressors will have an added advantage, but not compulsory.

Prefer candidates from competitors dealers.

Can work from home or be based in the Shah Alam office.

Willing to travel nationwide.

Must have a car.

Must have at least a Diploma in Engineering.

Strong in communication and sales process adherence.
