Job Responsibility
- Achieving outlet sales targets, managing manpower & executing sales strategies.
- Ensuring outlets adherence to Standard Operating Policies & Procedures.
- Daily operational matters which includes sales promotion activities, merchandising compliances, logistic issues, stock control and software & hardware maintenance.
- Leading Outlet Supervisors & Associates achieving stores KPI by coaching, guidance & motivating.
- Coordinating with Human Resource department in manpower planning, staff recruitment, conducting appraisals & training.
- Assist in adhoc task assigned by Superior from time to time.
Reuirements
- Willing to work 6 days/week, include weekends and public holiday.
- Willing to work long or irregular hours and on call to respond to outlet crisis / emergencies.
- At least 3 years of working experience in FMCG.
- At least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field
- Willing to travel and possess own transport (Klang Valley / Southern Region)
- Proactive, open-minded, self-motivated.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal and emotional intelligence.
- Passionate about customer service.
- Good analytical skill to access situational problems and solve problem by using root cause approach.
