Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Area Sales Manager based in Petaling Jaya, or Penang, Johore Baru or Kota Kinabalu or Kuching with flexibility to work from home on specified occasions. The responsibilities include identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with internal teams to meet customer needs. The role also involves preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and staying updated on market trends and industry developments.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of sales strategies, client relationship management, and negotiations
• Experience in the construction industry, specifically with steel structures or Pre-Engineered Buildings (preferred)
• Proven ability to analyze market trends and develop innovative sales approaches
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work setup
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
• Strong problem-solving skills and a results-oriented mindset
