Job Description
- Drive sales performance and financing penetration across an assigned dealer network and geographical territory.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve volume, revenue, and portfolio growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer principals, sales managers, finance managers, and key stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and support dealer partners in increasing financing product adoption.
- Monitor dealer performance, market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to develop effective sales strategies.
- Conduct regular dealer visits to provide training, coaching, and support on financing products, processes, and sales best practices.
- Collaborate closely with credit, operations, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure seamless execution and service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and responsible lending practices.
- Manage portfolio quality by monitoring risk indicators and supporting collection and credit management initiatives where required.
- Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and market analyses for senior management.
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Economics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5-8 years of sales experience within automotive finance, banking, consumer lending, leasing, or financial services.
- Proven track record in managing dealer relationships and achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of credit, financing, leasing, and automotive retail environments.
- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Commercially driven with strong business acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple dealer accounts and priorities.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
