Area sales manager (Pre-Engineered Steel Building)

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Lead and manage the Sales Team, set sales targets, prepare forecasts, and implement sales strategies.
• Develop sales plans for assigned territories and identify new business opportunities with the Marketing team.
• Generate project leads through partnerships and maintain strong relationships with builders, contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Monitor competitor activities, manage customer relationships, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee daily office operations, supervise staff, and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Manage team performance, set KPIs, conduct evaluations, and support staff training and development.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years experience in Sales & Marketing; EPC experience preferred.
• Background in steel construction/manufacturing is an advantage.
• Strong sales, business development, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Experience in market analysis, sales forecasting, CRM, and MS Office.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
