Job Summary
- To support Sales & Distribution on assigned areas with KPI on sales target
The Day-To-Day Activities
- Dealer & Distributor Management - Work closely with distributors to manage dealer portfolios, including system support, dealer onboarding, modifications, terminations, and initiatives to strengthen dealer engagement and loyalty through prepaid and postpaid activations.
- Sales Strategy & Business Growth - Plan, execute, and monitor sales strategies, promotional campaigns, and expansion initiatives to increase touchpoints, grow the pyramid structure, and achieve prepaid and postpaid sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Trade Marketing & Channel Development - Drive trade marketing activities, including events, signage, POSM deployment, and incentive programs, while ensuring effective execution and optimization of channel performance.
- Training, Coaching & Capability Building - Provide continuous training and guidance to dealers, Product Specialists, and sales teams on systems, products, sales techniques, incentive programs, and POSM utilization to enhance operational excellence and sales effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring & Stakeholder Management - Monitor sales performance, analyze market intelligence and competitor activities, and collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, optimize resources, and achieve business objectives.
About You
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree or equivalent in any field
- Aggressive and target driven
- At least 6 years of sales experience in Telco / FMCG related environment with minimum 3 years of experience in sales team management
- Sales driven with good track record
- Possess own transport and willing to travel
