Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales performance and achieve targets within the assigned territory.
  • Lead, coach and motivate the sales team to meet individual and team objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
  • Identify new business opportunities and monitor market and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support sales planning and execution.
  • Monitor sales performance, prepare forecasts and ensure accurate reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Proven track record of delivering client solutions, manage territories effectively and meeting sales targets.
  • Proven team management skills.
  • Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales data and translate into market trends.
  • Knowledge of the market within the assigned territory, including customer needs and competitor activities.
  • Proficient in computer skills with emphasis on Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Willing to travel within the assigned territory.
