Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Field Sales Executive, based in Kuala Lumpur and required to travel to outer states to meet potential dealers. The Field Sales Executive will spearhead efforts to generate sales, build and maintain client relationships, identify new market opportunities, and provide product knowledge to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting client visits, preparing daily sales meeting notes, achieving sales targets, and collaborating with the team to develop and execute sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills, along with the ability to achieve and exceed targets.
  • Ability to speak and converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Melayu effectively.
  • Knowledge of agricultural fertilizers or industrial chemicals is a valuable asset.
  • Effective client relationship management and customer service skills.
  • Strong communication abilities to report daily efforts upwards and to office team to provide timely information to grow the business.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify market trends and develop strategic plans.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Willingness to travel locally as required for client visits
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Chemistry, or a related field
