Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur. The Argentine Chef will be responsible for preparing authentic Argentine cuisine, creating new menu items that reflect traditional Argentine flavors, and ensuring high-quality food presentation and standards. The role requires meticulous ingredient sourcing, monitoring kitchen inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and safety in the kitchen. Additionally, the chef will collaborate with the restaurant management team to curate exceptional dining experiences for guests.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Argentine cuisine, food preparation techniques, and knowledge of traditional ingredients
• Skills in menu development, recipe creation, and food presentation
• Kitchen management experience, including inventory control and maintaining hygiene standards
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for working with the culinary and management teams
• Passion for the culinary arts and creating innovative dining experiences
• Formal culinary training or relevant certifications are a plus
• Experience working in fine dining or high-standard kitchens
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
