About the Role:
Responsible for creating compelling visuals and campaigns that speak directly to the consumers. Ensure the department follows production, productivity, and quality standards
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate clear ideas and concepts
- Produce sketches, storyboards, roughs to visualize ideas
- Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
- Cooperate with the rest of the team across different types of department
- Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
- Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
- Present completed ideas to management/team members
- Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in Graphic Design. Preferably experience working in a creative team at an advertising agency or relevant firm
- Strong grasp of creative ideation/conceptualisation processes.
- Able to manage priorities independently and perform well under deadlines
- Team-spirited, collaborative and able to communicate through multiple organisational levels
- Hands on experience with logo design, typography, color, print production, image selection and package design
- Proficient use of Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools
- Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
- Incorporate feedback and take/give direction well
- Team player with strong communication and presentation skills
