Job Description

We are seeking a detail-obsessed Art Director to lead our packaging output. This is a high-impact role: your designs will be seen by a global customer base, primarily in the U.S. market. Your mission is absolute accuracy, ensuring our brand's aesthetic translates perfectly from a digital mockup to a physical product on a global scale.

What Your Day-to-Day Looks Like:

Concept-to-Physical Translation: Ensuring that creative mockups are technically feasible and perfectly executed in the final physical form.

Artwork Adaptation & Resizing: Expertly scaling and adapting core brand visuals across various packaging formats and product lines.

Technical Gatekeeping: Acting as the final line of defense by double and triple-checking the team's Final Artwork (FA) files for zero-error precision.

Manufacturing Liaison: Reviewing manufacturing FA documents to ensure every measurement and spec is correct before mass production.

Responsibilities:

Innovation & AI: Proactively explore and integrate AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini) to streamline design workflows and generate creative visual concepts.

Team Mentorship: Review the work of junior creatives, providing constructive feedback that balances aesthetic growth with technical accuracy.

Streamlined Communication: Presenting clear, comprehensive proposals to internal teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination from start to finish.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
  • 3+ years in a senior design or Art Direction role (Agency or In-house). A portfolio that showcases both high-impact advertising and complex packaging projects is essential.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop are your home). Hands-on experience with AI design tools is required.
  • Deep knowledge of the printing process, from CMYK/Pantone management to preparing files for various manufacturing outputs.
  • A keen eye for visual detail and an obsession with accuracy. You understand that in packaging, there's no room for mistakes.
  • Ability to handle the print production communications and the pressure of tight deadlines with a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency inEnglish and/or Chinese is highly welcomed too
