Art Director (Digital Marketing)

Responsibilities
- Develop original and engaging visual concepts aligned with brand guidelines and campaign strategies
- Design assets for digital platforms including social media, websites, eDMs, display ads, and presentations
- Work on branding projects: logos, visual identity systems, brand books, and style guides
- Prepare artwork for print materials such as brochures, banners, packaging, and event collaterals
- Collaborate with marketing, copywriters, content creators, strategists, and other internal teams to develop campaigns and content that resonate with our audience.
- Maintain and ensure design consistency across all touchpoints
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies to keep work fresh and relevant
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Guide, mentor and inspire junior designers to raise the overall creative output.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Arts, Advertising or related field
- 5 - 7 years of professional design experience (advertising agency background is a plus)
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work across branding, digital, and print
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a bonus
- Solid understanding of layout, color theory, typography, and branding principles
- Ability to interpret creative briefs and translate ideas into high-quality visual output
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to give and receive feedback constructively
- Basic motion design or animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
- Experience working on regional/multi-market campaigns
- Familiarity with generative design or AI-based tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.)
- UI/UX knowledge or design experience for websites and apps
- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
