Artificial Intelligence Engineer (AI Engineer)

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML solutions leveraging Azure AI products (Azure ML Workspace, Cognitive Search, Data Lake Gen2, Blob Storage, etc.).
• Build and maintain scalable machine learning models, including LLMs and OpenAI integrations, for predictive analytics, bug classification, and intelligent automation.
• Train, fine-tune, and deploy models using Azure ML Workspace (CPU/GPU workloads, autoscale).
• Integrate AI and ML solutions into automation workflows and CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and Azure Functions.
• Manage large-scale data storage and analytics using Azure Data Lake Gen2 and Blob Storage.
• Implement secure access and troubleshooting using Azure Storage Explorer.
• Develop and maintain structured/semi-structured metadata in Azure Database for PostgreSQL.
• Enable fast candidate retrieval and semantic search using Azure Cognitive Search and AI Foundry.
• Automate workflows and human-in-the-loop processes using Logic Apps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver impactful solutions.
• Stay updated with Azure AI advancements, LLMs, and OpenAI technologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Mathematics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, model training, and deployment on Azure.
• Proficiency in Python; experience with SQL, C#, or JavaScript is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, Scikit-learn) and LLMs (OpenAI GPT, BERT, PaLM, Gemini).
• Experience with Azure ML Workspace, Data Lake Gen2, Blob Storage, Cognitive Search, and Azure Functions.
• Familiarity with CI/CD processes and tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
• Strong skills in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and building data pipelines.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
