Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on AI Specialist to drive the adoption and implementation of Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions across our manufacturing operations. This role will work closely with business stakeholders, engineers, production teams, and management to identify opportunities where AI can improve productivity, quality, decision-making, automation, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should possess practical experience in deploying AI solutions within a manufacturing or industrial environment and be capable of translating business challenges into scalable AI-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate opportunities to leverage AI technologies across manufacturing operations, engineering, quality, maintenance, supply chain, and corporate functions
  • Lead the development, implementation, and deployment of AI solutions to improve productivity, process efficiency, quality control, and operational performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and recommend suitable AI, machine learning, computer vision, predictive analytics, or generative AI solutions
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, insights, and improvement opportunities
  • Develop proof-of-concepts (POCs), pilot projects, and business cases for AI initiatives
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, technology vendors, and solution providers to implement AI projects
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of AI solutions and continuously enhance their performance
  • Provide training and knowledge sharing to build AI awareness and capabilities within the organization
  • Keep abreast of emerging AI technologies, industry trends, and best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Automation, or related disciplines.
  • Minimum 3–8 years of relevant experience in AI, machine learning, data analytics, automation, or digital transformation initiatives.
  • Hands-on experience implementing AI solutions in a manufacturing, industrial, engineering, or operational environment is highly preferred.
  • Experience in one or more of the following areas: Machine Learning, Predictive Maintenance, Computer Vision, Process Optimization, Data Analytics, Industrial Automation, Generative AI / Large Language Models (LLMs), Intelligent Document Processing, Production Planning Optimization.
  • Familiarity with Python, SQL, Power BI, cloud platforms, AI tools, or related technologies is an advantage.
  • Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
