Asia, Head of Project Delivery (Power & Industrial System)
Lead execution of complex, multi-country engineered systems projects across Asia Pacific, ensuring delivery excellence across cost, schedule, and quality. Drive portfolio performance, manage risks, and align cross-functional teams to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes in mission-critical environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead execution governance for a regional portfolio of engineered systems and power projects.
- Ensure delivery meets schedule, cost, quality, and contractual obligations across multiple countries.
- Act as escalation point for critical issues including delivery risks, delays, and cost overruns.
- Drive portfolio performance, resource allocation, and capability planning across project teams.
- Manage commercial performance, including cost control and change order conversion.
- Collaborate with engineering, supply chain, finance, and commercial teams to resolve challenges.
- Lead regular portfolio and execution reviews, ensuring strong delivery discipline.
- Implement standardised project management frameworks and governance processes.
- Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Engage senior stakeholders and provide performance reporting to leadership.
Job Requirements:
- Comfortable working at Lakeside, West Singapore.
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in project execution within industrial, energy/ power, or engineered systems environments.
- At least 5 years of leadership experience managing regional project portfolios or delivery teams.
- Proven track record delivering complex, multi-country projects within schedule, budget, and quality targets.
- Project management certification (e.g., PMP or equivalent).
- Strong commercial acumen including contract management, cost control, and risk management.
- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience working in matrix organisations and regional delivery or shared service structures.
- Ability to lead teams in high-pressure, fast-paced project environments.
- Willingness to travel regionally across Asia Pacific.
