In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Assemble actuators, valve bodies, yoke mounts, and perform pilot mounting and calibration in accordance with Fisher specifications and work instructions.
- Inspect assembled products, identify defects, and perform rectification to meet quality standards.
- Conduct specified tests in accordance with approved procedures, including integrity, seat leakage, and hydrostatic assembly tests.
- Complete Assembly Checklists and Assembly Test Reports as required by Customer Requisition documentation.
- Ensure production output meets Fisher Quality Standards and customer requirements.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and regulations at all times within company premises.
- Participate in plant safety initiatives, housekeeping activities, and cost reduction programs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support other assemblers in daily production activities and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Management.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in control valve assembly, servicing, or maintenance OR at least 2 years of experience in mechanical assembly or maintenance within the engineering industry.
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate in basic English, including interpretation of work instructions, assembly drawings, and diagrams.
- Fundamental mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand units of measurement such as length, pressure, and temperature.
- Minimum technical certification (e.g., SKM or equivalent mechanical certification).
- Good physical health with no history of hand abnormalities or back pain.
- Ability to assemble actuators, valve bodies, and yoke mounts in compliance with Fisher specifications.
- Perform pilot mounting and calibration according to defined requirements.
- Accurately complete Assembly Checklists and Assembly Test Reports.
- Proper selection and use of tools required for assembly and testing processes.
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Experience in mechanical, instrumentation, or oil & gas industry.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Exposure to instrumentation systems or calibration activities.
- Prior experience working with Fisher control valves or similar products.
