YOUR ROLE
You are part of assembly operation, support manufacturing with maintenance related activities with excellent quality, cost, and delivery.
You play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes by maintaining and optimizing assembly line equipment. This role demands a mix of strong technical expertise, leadership, and proactive maintenance management skills to minimize downtime and support production goals.
Below Are The Main Task
- Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment and machinery in the Back-End Manufacturing (BEM) assembly process.
- Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and performance to meet production targets.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on assembly lines.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.
- Manage maintenance team activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety compliance.
- Analyze equipment failure data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Plan and oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment or upgrades.
- Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, reports, and compliance with company standards.
- Lead cost saving projects to achieve annual savings.
Your Skills & Experiences
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-8 years in maintenance engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly operations. Experience in BACKEND MANUFACTURING is highly preferred.
- - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems used in assembly lines.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
- Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
- Knowledge of robotics and vision inspection systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
- - Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
- Root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).
- Equipment calibration and validation.
- Spare parts management and inventory control.
- - Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
- - Knowledge of safety standards and practices in manufacturing environments.
- Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations.
