YOUR ROLE

You are part of assembly operation, support manufacturing with maintenance related activities with excellent quality, cost, and delivery.

You play a critical role in ensuring smooth, efficient, and reliable manufacturing processes by maintaining and optimizing assembly line equipment. This role demands a mix of strong technical expertise, leadership, and proactive maintenance management skills to minimize downtime and support production goals.

Below Are The Main Task

  • Lead and manage maintenance activities for assembly line equipment and machinery in the Back-End Manufacturing (BEM) assembly process.
  • Ensure high equipment availability, reliability, and performance to meet production targets.
  • Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
  • Troubleshoot complex mechanical, electrical, and automation issues on assembly lines.
  • Coordinate with production, quality, and engineering teams to minimize downtime and improve process efficiency.
  • Manage maintenance team activities, provide technical guidance, and ensure safety compliance.
  • Analyze equipment failure data and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan and oversee installation, commissioning, and validation of new equipment or upgrades.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance documentation, reports, and compliance with company standards.
  • Lead cost saving projects to achieve annual savings.

Your Skills & Experiences

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 5-8 years in maintenance engineering, preferably in semiconductor or electronics assembly operations. Experience in BACKEND MANUFACTURING is highly preferred.
  • - Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and automation systems used in assembly lines.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing complex equipment.
  • Experience with PLC programming and control systems.
  • Knowledge of robotics and vision inspection systems is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
  • - Preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
  • Root cause analysis and failure mode effect analysis (FMEA).
  • Equipment calibration and validation.
  • Spare parts management and inventory control.
  • - Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • - Knowledge of safety standards and practices in manufacturing environments.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) regulations.
