Position Level: Senior Executive Job Specialization: Engineering - Industrial Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree

Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities and Duties :-
1 Plan, design, and optimize assembly processes, tools, and workflows to meet production and quality targets.
2 Analyze pProcess performance data and implement improvements to reduce defects, downtime, and costs.
3 Troubleshoot process-related issues and provide timely technical support to assembly teams.
4 Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) and work instructions for all assembly activities.
5 Collaborate with design, production, and quality teams to introduce new products and ensure smooth transitions.
6 Conduct time studies and line balancing to enhance workflow efficiency.
7 Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety requirements, and company policies.
8 Train and guide operators and technicians on process requirements and improvements.
Qualification / Knowledge / Skills Requirements :-
1 Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering (or equivalent).
2 Minimum 3 years of experience in process or production engineering, preferably in assembly operations
3 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4 Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma principles.
5 Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, and relevant manufacturing tools/software.
6 Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Authority :-
1 Authorized to implement process adjustments and improvements within defined quality and safety limits.
2 Approve changes to assembly line setup, tooling, and work instructions after validation.
Working Condition :-
1 Factory-based role with frequent presence on the assembly floor.
2 Standard working hours with possible overtime during project launches or production ramp-up.
3 Mandatory use of PPE in operational areas.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :-
1 Assembly Line Efficiency: ≥ 90% target uptime and productivity.
2 Defect Rate: ≤ 1% of total production output.
3 Process Improvement Implementation: At least 2 major process enhancements per quarter.
4 Downtime Reduction: Maintain unplanned downtime below 3% of total operating time.
5 Compliance: Zero safety or ISO non-conformances in assembly processes.
