Job Vacancy: Assembly Production Technician

Location: Batu Kawan, Penang

Salary: RM2,000 per month plus RM300 fixed allowance

Our client is a well-established manufacturing company specializing in semiconductor equipment and advanced technology solutions. The company emphasizes high-quality production, Lean Manufacturing practices, and Continuous Improvement to support global customers.

Job Scope

Perform assembly work according to work instructions
Troubleshoot minor assembly issues and carry out rework
Read and interpret schematics and assembly drawings
Maintain 5S standards and proper tool organization
Support Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement activities

Requirements

Diploma in Engineering / Technician or equivalent
Minimum 1.5 years experience in semiconductor or manufacturing environment
Knowledge of RF equipment is an advantage
Able to work in a fast-paced production setting
