Assembly Technician

Role : Assembly Technician

Gross Salary : RM2,000 – RM2,500 (Including Allowance)

Transport Allowance: RM125

Attendance Allowance :RM 75

Working Hours: For Start 8.30am to 6.00pm, Later will be on 12 hours shift (8am – 8pm;8pm-8am)

Type : Permanent

Location : Balakong, Seri Kembangan

Role Responsibilities :

· Rack assembly – EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, etc

· To receive and inspect all incoming goods

· For outgoing goods – check quantity, do packaging in pallet or wooden case

· Be the pickers for all Legrand and third parties s product

· Drive the forklift to load and unload the products

· Moving all materials from store to assembly area

· To perform any other related tasks as assigned to him from time to time.

· Do a pick list for rack assembly product

· To do stock in, stock out process for MPL & MFG

· To do stock in and stock out process for incoming and outgoing shipment

· Prepare Debit order for powder coating process (Two M Powder Coat)

· In charged for quarterly and year end stock take

·Co-ordinate with assembly leader about the rack line.

Requirements :

· Able to join immediately

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in assembly or manufacturing environment

· Knowledge of rack assembly (EzRack, Smart Rack, Wall Mount Casing, etc.)

· Skilled in handling tools and assembly equipment

· Able to operate forklift (license is an added advantage)

· Familiar with stock in/out process and basic inventory management

· Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks

· Team player with good communication and coordination skills

· Minimum qualification: Certificate / Diploma in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field
