JOB DESCRIPTION
The Asset & Maintenance System Engineer plays a key role in advancing our maintenance excellence program through systematic documentation, digital system integration, and data-driven decision-making. This position supports the full lifecycle of facility and production assets, ensuring reliability, compliance, and continuous improvement across operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, preventive maintenance documentation, and equipment records aligned with NOV and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements.
- Manage CMMS (Max Maintenance) data accuracy, including asset hierarchy, spare part master data, and PM scheduling optimization.
- Analyze maintenance and reliability data to identify performance trends, downtime causes, and cost improvement opportunities.
- Support maintenance team during breakdown investigations, ensuring accurate root cause documentation and corrective action tracking.
- Drive process standardization and reporting initiatives using Power BI, Excel, and other analytical tools.
- Collaborate with Maintenance ,Engineering & operations teams to strengthen asset management and maintenance planning processes.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related discipline).
- 25 years of industrial experience in maintenance engineering, asset management, or CMMS system administration.
- Proficiency in CMMS platforms such as Max Maintenance, SAP PM, or Infor EAM.
- Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate technical information into actionable insights.
- Experience with Power BI or data reporting tools preferred.
- CMRP or CAMP certification is an advantage.
