Job Description

Job Description:

Identify operational gaps and improvement opportunities in SPX asset flow and logistics operations.
Lead end-to-end projects, from planning to execution, across facilities throughout Malaysia.
Analyse operational data to uncover insights, measure performance, and recommend data-driven improvements.
Develop dashboards, reports, and analytical tools to support operational decision-making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and drive operational excellence.
Prepare business proposals, project updates, and performance reports for Senior Management.
Travel to operational hubs when required to understand ground operations and ensure successful project implementation.

Requirements:

Candidates must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any relevant field (eg. Business, Engineering, Supply Chain)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or knowledge in asset management, logistics, warehousing, or distribution processes is an advantage.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel experience with Power BI, SQL, or other data visualization tools is an added advantage.
Willingness to travel to operational hubs across Malaysia when required.
