Job Description

A. Accounting
  1. Prepare, record, and update all financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, supplier payments, and customer collections.
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  3. Perform monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
  4. Manage petty cash and prepare monthly expense reports.
  5. Prepare documents for internal and external audits.
  6. Ensure all financial processes comply with company SOPs and accounting standards.
  7. Prepare documents related to statutory compliance (LHDN, EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and SST where applicable).
  8. Support budget preparation and cost monitoring for projects/branches.

B. Administration
  1. Organize and maintain company files and records, including contracts, agreements, and official documents.
  2. Manage office supplies, basic equipment, and minor maintenance.
  3. Assist with travel bookings, accommodation arrangements, or staff logistics coordination when required.
  4. Handle incoming calls, official emails, and correspondence related to company operations.
  5. Support meeting arrangements, including preparing minutes of meetings when necessary.

C. General
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth company operations.
  • Carry out any other accounting and administrative tasks as assigned by management.
