Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Accounts Manager located in Pasir Gudang. The Assistant Accounts Manager will oversee financial operations, prepare financial statements, manage budgets, maintain accurate financial records, and analyze financial data to support decision-making. The role also involves ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements and assisting with audits and tax planning. Additionally, the candidate will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the organization's financial strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in accounting procedures, financial reporting, and data analysis
• Strong proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
• Problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations, audit processes, and tax compliance
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• Professional certification such as CPA, ACCA, or equivalent is an advantage
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience in the manufacturing or agricultural sector is a plus
