Job Description

Job Responsibility

Collect, clean, and analyze data related to project costs, schedules, resources, quality, and finance.
Prepare accurate reports, dashboards, and presentations for management.
Assist management in feasibility studies for new projects using data insights.
Monitor trends and provide insights to support decision-making and efficiency.
Track and analyze property sales performance, pricing, and customer trends.
Monitor project progress and perform variance analysis against budget and schedule.

Job Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Statistics, Property Development, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or other related fields.
Prior working experience in property development, construction, or real estate industry is an added advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
Ability to prepare reports, market research, and feasibility studies to support decision-making.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks under deadlines.
Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
Team player with a proactive attitude, able to work independently when required.
Interest in property development and construction industry trends, including market research and investment analysis.
