Minimum Job Requirements:
- Have minimum 1 year experienced in construction industry.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Advance knowledge on architectural software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, and etc.
- Willingness to learn and develop new skill
- Able to work under pressure and tight deadline
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- To assist in the daily function of an Architect in design; design development and administration of the Architectural projects.
- Preparing detailed sketches of proposed designs to present to clients
- Prepare and develop architectural drawings to meet client specifications.
- Liaise with contractors and sub-contractors.
- Assist in handling construction drawings.
- Review and analyze architectural inputs that go into construction drawings and plans.
- Review and modify architectural drawings and plans as desired by the architect.
- Maintain a database of architectural drawings and plans.
