Assistant Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of automation system deployments on-site.
• Work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure smooth installation, integration, and commissioning of automation equipment.
• Learn and support programming of Universal Robots (UR) for robotic automation tasks.
• Configure and maintain basic automation controls using Keyence and Mitsubishi PLCs.
• Participate in troubleshooting, debugging, and optimization during the deployment and commissioning phases.
• Prepare and maintain detailed project documentation, including deployment plans, test procedures, and technical reports.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to align on project milestones and deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications during all on-site activities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automation, or a related field.
2. 02 years of experience in automation, project coordination, or engineering internships.
3. Basic understanding of PLC programming and industrial automation concepts.
4. Willingness to learn programming of UR robots and configuration of Keyence and Mitsubishi PLCs.
5. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with vendors and on-site teams.
6. Comfortable with on-site work and travel as required for project deployments.
7. Proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and take ownership of assigned tasks.
8. Strong verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is preferred.
