Job Description

Job Responsibility

  • Mix ingredients according to recipes to make breads, cake, pastries, and other baked goods.
  • Preparations of bread, pastries and other items according to formula and scheduled standards.
  • Operating baking machineries and implements.
  • Check the quality of baking ingredients and prepare equipment for baking
  • Following production schedule and set quota for the number of goods to be produced on daily basis
  • Compliance Company standard operation procedure, food safety standards and Halal
  • Maintain the premises of baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
  • Maintain and sanitize baking utensils, tools, implements and machinery.

Job Requirements

  • Good working attitude with related courses or working experience.
  • Fresh graduate is encouraging to apply.
  • Salary packages are determined by applicable work experience and qualifications
  • Malaysian Only
  • Possess own transport
  • Start work 6.00am or 6.30am, 6 days/weeks.
  • Require on duty Sat/Sun/holiday.
  • Work location: Putra Heights Subang / Sri Petaling / Puchong
