Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Commercial Performance

  • Drive boutique sales performance in line with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Actively manage high-value transactions, limited pieces, and special allocations
  • Analyze sales trends, client demographics, and market dynamics specific to Singapore
  • Execute commercial initiatives in partnership with local and regional teams
  • Ensure effective stock control, inventory accuracy, and sell-through optimisation

Client Experience & Clienteling

  • Deliver a refined, discreet, and personalized luxury experience expected by Singapore's discerning clientele
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients, collectors, and key local customers
  • Lead clienteling strategies, private appointments, and in-boutique or off-site client events
  • Handle client issues professionally and efficiently, ensuring long-term relationship retention

Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, coach, and motivate a boutique team to consistently achieve high standards
  • Foster a service-oriented culture grounded in product expertise and client trust
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, goal setting, and skills development
  • Ensure the team demonstrates strong product knowledge across fine watches and jewellery, including brand heritage and craftsmanship

Brand Representation & Boutique Standards

  • Uphold the brand's identity, values, and luxury service standards at all times
  • Ensure visual merchandising is executed in accordance with global and regional guidelines
  • Maintain an immaculate boutique environment suited to prime luxury retail locations

Operations, Compliance & Governance

  • Oversee daily boutique operations including staff scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and security standards
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, audit requirements, and local regulations (e.g. cash handling, GST processes)
  • Work closely with after-sales service and support teams to ensure smooth post-purchase follow-up

Requirements

Experience

  • Minimum 4–6 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in watches, jewellery, or high-end fashion
  • Proven track record managing a standalone boutique or flagship store
  • Experience handling high-value sales, VIP clients, and limited or special pieces

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong commercial acumen with a client-first mindset
  • Effective people leadership and team development capability
  • Mature, confident communication style suited to premium clientele
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Strong organisational and analytical skills

Language Skills

  • Proficiency in English required
  • Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage due to client profile; additional languages are beneficial
