Job Description

Who are we looking for

  • Minimum 5 years of management experiences in luxury retail industry.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to build, motivate and develop a team.
  • Excellent language skills: Fluent in English, Malay, Chinese and other language ability is an advantage.
  • Pleasant and presentable outlook and disposition.
  • Passionate with fashion and luxury retail industry.

Job Responsibilities

Driving Performance

  • This role is reporting to Senior Boutique Manager.
  • Analyze business objectives and develop strategies for the boutique .
  • Target setting for the direct subordinates to be in line with boutique objectives.
  • Monitor sales results and KPI (hit rate, average sales, units per sale, capture rate) regularly to achieve targets.
  • Optimize stock levels and sell through by understanding the trends and communicating with buyers.
  • Conduct regular business updates to the Head Office.
  • Develop a strong knowledge of product trend, monitor stock levels & sell-thru and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
  • Implement and monitor work schedules of daily activities in order to ensure an optimal balance between resources and store traffic.

Client Development

  • Represent the brand within the boutique and community.
  • Within the boutique: be a role model
  • Outside the boutique: increase customer flow by developing a network of clients and strengthening customer loyalty.
  • Maximize recruitment opportunities with prospects.
  • Monitor the execution and progress of Client Development programs and initiatives (instore events, client appointments, etc.).
  • Guarantee the correct upkeep of the client database and use it to optimize customer loyalty .
  • Active participation to events creation and organization in order to drive sales for all product categories.

Team Management

  • Be a leader of bringing prestige, vision and optimism to your teams.
  • Develop sales and management skills of your team, delegate responsibilities to your managers, evaluate their performances and provide feedback.
  • Monitor and improve synergies, engagement level and performance of all staff in the boutique.

Develop the Dior Universe

  • Have a clear and positive vision of the business and be able to drive individual responsibilities in order to achieve substantial growth in each department.
  • Develop cross selling strategies and improve customer foot flow.
  • Able to make changes, handle emergency cases and take the corrective measures when required.

Maintain Boutique Image

  • Ensure the upkeep of the selling space and the image of the store.
  • Responsible for the image and the service standard of the team.
  • Upkeep the store by following Visual Merchandising recommendations.
  • Assure the shop operational maintenance up to standards with assigned contractors.

Control the Back-Office Organization

  • Guarantee the proper application of internal procedures and guidelines to be in line with requirements.
  • Handle staff or customer issues.
