Responsibilities:
Assist Marketing Manager in formulating brand objectives, strategies, new product development plan, budgets and plans for portfolio assigned.
Implement effective campaigns by working closely with media department/ advertising agency / creative / activation / PR agency.
Work within given budget and ensure optimum utilization of funds through close monitoring and regular analysis.
Work in conjunction with NPD department to develop and launch new products.
Conduct market research or trade surveys to investigate and keep abreast of competitor's activities, market trends and keep company informed of such activities and proactive actions.
Work closely with sales team and provide regular support for promotional activities planned to ensure effective implementation in trade.
Provide sales forecast and promotional plans to production for their production planning.
To perform any other duties as assigned by the Company from time to time.
Others Requirement:
Degree Holder preferably in Marketing / Business Administration or equivalent
At least 4+ years of working experience in Product / Brand management in FMCG
Proficient in social media knowledge is an added advantage
Passion for business growth, creativity & innovation
Possess strong analytic skills, interpersonal skills and positive working attitude
Aggressive, fast thinking and ability to operate within a challenging environment.
